Our goal is to offer rapid intervention, de-escalation, and stabilization to prevent unnecessary hospitalization or law enforcement involvement while ensuring the safety and well-being of those in crisis.

Designed as a step between inpatient care and outpatient treatment, our PHP offers comprehensive support in a non-residential setting, allowing participants to receive high-level care while maintaining daily responsibilities.
Our 2.5 SA PHP program is ideal for individuals who require structured support but do not need 24/7 inpatient care. At KEY Mentoring, we are committed to helping individuals break free from addiction, build resilience, and take control of their recovery journey.
At KEY Mentoring, our Intensive In-Home Counseling (IIH) program provides structured, family-centered mental health support for children and adolescents facing serious emotional and behavioral challenges. Designed to prevent out-of-home placements, IIH offers intensive therapy and skill-building services directly in the home environment, helping families create a stable, supportive foundation for long-term success.
