Mobile Crisis Response

At KEY Mentoring, our Mobile Crisis Response (MCR) team provides immediate, on-site support for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis. Our goal is to offer rapid intervention, de-escalation, and stabilization to prevent unnecessary hospitalization or law enforcement involvement while ensuring the safety and well-being of those in crisis.


What MCR Offers:

  • 24/7 Rapid Response – Immediate crisis intervention provided wherever the individual is—at home, work, school, or in the community.
  • De-Escalation & Stabilization – Skilled professionals help manage emotional distress, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, or other urgent mental health concerns.
  • Comprehensive Crisis Assessment – Evaluating the individual’s needs to determine the appropriate level of care and next steps.
  • Safety Planning & Support – Developing a personalized plan to ensure stability and prevent future crises.
  • Connection to Resources – Linking individuals to ongoing mental health services, community programs, and additional support systems.
  • Family & Caregiver Guidance – Assisting loved ones in understanding how to provide continued support during and after a crisis.

Crisis Stabilization Services

At KEY Mentoring, our Crisis Stabilization Services provide immediate, short-term intervention for individuals experiencing acute emotional or behavioral distress. Our goal is to help stabilize the crisis, ensure safety, and equip individuals with the 

tools and resources needed to regain control and prevent future crisis.


What Crisis Stabilization Offers:

  • 24/7 Rapid Response & Intervention – Immediate support to help individuals navigate emotional, behavioral, or mental health crises.
  • Risk Assessment & Safety Planning – Identifying immediate concerns and developing a plan to ensure safety and stability.
  • Emotional & Behavioral Support – Helping individuals manage overwhelming emotions, reduce distress, and develop coping strategies.
  • Family & Caregiver Guidance – Providing education and support to family members to help them navigate the crisis and promote healing.
  • Coordination with Community Resources – Connecting individuals with ongoing mental health services, outpatient therapy, and other support systems for long-term care.
  • In-Home & Community-Based Services – Crisis support delivered in a familiar environment to reduce stress and improve outcomes.

MHSS

At KEY Mentoring, our Mental Health Support Services (MHSS) are designed to help adults facing significant emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. Our goal is to empower individuals with the skills and resources needed to achieve stability, improve daily functioning, and enhance overall well-being.


What MHSS Offers:

  • Emotional & Behavioral Support – Assisting individuals in managing symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions.

  • Community & Family Integration – Strengthening support systems and connecting individuals with community resources for long-term success.
  • Crisis Intervention & Prevention – Providing tools and strategies to manage crises effectively and prevent setbacks in recovery.

Our MHSS program is tailored to meet adults where they are—whether at home, work, or in the community—ensuring they receive personalized support that promotes independence and long-term well-being. Substance Abuse Program

At KEY Mentoring, our 2.5 Substance Abuse Partial Hospitalization Program (SA PHP) provides intensive, structured treatment for individuals struggling with substance use disorders. Designed as a step between inpatient care and outpatient treatment, our PHP offers comprehensive support in a non-residential setting, allowing participants to receive high-level care while maintaining daily responsibilities.


What 2.5 SA PHP Offers:

  • Structured, Intensive Treatment – A highly supportive program with multiple therapy sessions per week to address substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges.
  • Individual & Group Therapy – Evidence-based counseling to help individuals understand addiction, develop coping strategies, and work toward recovery.
  • Family Involvement & Support – Engaging family members in the recovery process to rebuild relationships and strengthen support systems.
  • Relapse Prevention & Coping Skills – Identifying triggers, developing strategies to prevent relapse, and learning healthier ways to manage stress and emotions.
  • Medication Management & Psychiatric Support – When needed, coordinated care to support mental health stabilization and recovery.
  • Life Skills & Recovery Planning – Guidance on employment readiness, goal setting, and reintegration into daily life.
  • Flexible, Daytime Scheduling – Treatment that allows participants to receive care during the day while returning home in the evenings.

Our 2.5 SA PHP program is ideal for individuals who require structured support but do not need 24/7 inpatient care. At KEY Mentoring, we are committed to helping individuals break free from addiction, build resilience, and take control of their recovery journey.

Intensive In Home Counseling (IIH)

At KEY Mentoring, our Intensive In-Home Counseling (IIH) program provides structured, family-centered mental health support for children and adolescents facing serious emotional and behavioral challenges. Designed to prevent out-of-home placements, IIH offers intensive therapy and skill-building services directly in the home environment, helping families create a stable, supportive foundation for long-term success.


What IIH Offers:

  • Individual & Family Therapy – Personalized counseling to address emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges within the home setting.
  • Crisis Intervention & Stabilization – Immediate support to manage crisis situations, reduce safety risks, and prevent hospitalization or out-of-home placement.
  • Behavioral Support & Skill Development – Teaching coping strategies, emotional regulation, problem-solving, and social skills to help youth thrive.
  • Parental Coaching & Family Strengthening – Equipping caregivers with tools to improve communication, set healthy boundaries, and manage difficult behaviors effectively.

Outpatient Therapy
